I'm glad that you're giving yourself something memorable. I have made the booking process simple for you while ensuring my safety.

I only respond to forms that are completed, so please fill out all sections.

For both of our safety, screening is required and a non-negotiable. I value privacy, so  keeping your personal information confidential is utmost important to me. Please read the screening options and continue with the booking section below. 

Use at least one of these screening options:

1. Two recent provider references (a companion like myself)

2. Your Linkedin profile or company website (has both name and photo)

3. Gov’t issued ID (showing full name, DOB, and photo. You may blur out other details)
